About the Role
HungerStation seeks a Product Operations Senior Specialist to work with Product and Engineering teams, manage vendor integrations, analyze data, and optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure product features are properly tested before go live
- Build strong stakeholder management skills to effectively manage business requests
- Work with product teams in OKR planning and participate in product discovery process
- Develop understanding of business KPIs to deliver business value in partnership with Operations teams
- Enable go live of partner vendors on the platform after proper integration
- Work closely with Engineering and Vendor teams to support POS API integrations
- Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize program outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports for better insights on ongoing projects
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes for efficiency gains
- Manage program budgets including cost forecasting and expense control
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program progress and KPIs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
Requirements
- Experience in product operations or related field
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills with ability to analyze data and performance metrics
- Project management skills
- Experience with vendor integrations and POS API integrations
- Ability to manage program budgets and cost forecasting

Responsibilities
