- Reduce delivery time from order dispatching to delivery, including over 7 stages and time KPIs
- Increase on time deliveries by enhancing system estimations and accuracy
- Optimize dispatch algorithm to ensure fastest delivery and reduce early cancellations
- Analyze customer delivery experience and enhance factors impacting NPS score
- Optimize stacked orders for best experience and reduced CPO
- Study, prepare, and roll out cities from on demand to shift model
- Optimize shift city forecasts, rider demand estimations, zoning, and slot availability
- Lead initiatives such as acquiring college students as freelance riders
- Enhance rider daily performance using Issue Service and Rooster Compliance tools
- Manage, guide, and evaluate direct reports; set performance objectives

- Experience in logistics optimization and delivery operations
- Ability to manage and guide direct reports
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with dispatch algorithms and system estimations

Job Description

Logistics Optimization
- Reduce delivery time starting from order dispatching phase until delivery, covering over 7 stages and time KPIs.
- Increase on time deliveries by enhancing system estimations, accuracy and reduce outliers.
- Optimize dispatch algorithm to ensure fastest delivery and reduce early cancellation orders.
- Analyze customer delivery experience and enhance factors impacting NPS score.
- Optimize stacked orders to ensure saving orders with the best experience and reduce CPO smartly.
- Study, prepare, and roll out cities from on demand working model to shift model.
- Optimize shift city forecasts, rider demand estimations, zoning, and slots availability.
- Optimize all shift city setups systematically and ensure riders can work seamlessly.
- Lead new initiatives such as acquiring college students as freelance riders with HS fleet.
- Enhance rider daily performance by optimizing Issue Service and Rooster Compliance tools.
Governance and Resilience
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for controlled and consistent daily work.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, and cost effectiveness.
- Promote implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Daily Operations
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports concerning the line of work.
- Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers by addressing their needs courteously and timely.
People Management
- Participate in identification and recruitment of key talents for the Department.
- Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform functional operations per policies.
- Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback.
- Uphold a high performance working environment and promote the Organization's Values.
