Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering in ensuring that product features are properly tested before go live.
  • Build strong stakeholder management skills to be able to effectively manage business requests.
  • Work with the product teams in OKR planning, being part of the product discovery process.
  • Develop a good understanding of business KPIs in order to deliver business value in partnership with Operations teams Logistics, Sales, Service.
  • Vendor integrations: enable the go live of partner vendors on the platform after proper integration is done.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Vendor teams to support POS API integrations.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, track progress, and optimize program outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reports that can help with better insights for the teams on ongoing projects.
  • Continuously assess and enhance operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress of programs, key performance indicators, and financial results.
  • Innovation: stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams such as product, tech, logistics, commercial, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Work with local stakeholders to understand operational blockers to achieve KPIs and engage with central teams for support.
  • Own and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new initiatives or improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Division's ABCs and OKRs.
  • Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
  • Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for daily work.
  • Contribute to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold a high performance working environment and promote HungerStation Values.
