Product Operation Support Engineer

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (analogue and digital) Good knowledge and experience of the complete hardware development lifecycle, including identification of design weaknesses, design for manufacture and test and understanding of manufacturing processes. Minimum of two years of product hardware development experience, preferably in design, development and industrialization of protective relays, RTU or modular products involving RTU, protection, control, measurements, communication protocols, EMC design and test. 8D problem solving process. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Team player with experience of working in a multi-site development environment. Protection & Control products and applications knowledge (focus on distribution automation ranges) Able to produce high quality documentation for both internal and external distribution.
