About the role
Join Schneider Electric's Service Operations team as a Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Intern for a minimum of six months.
Gain exposure to global Service Operations, continuous improvement programmes, governance, performance management, and transformation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Support governance design, process standardization, and transformation programme coordination across Service Operations.
- Improve reporting structures, build performance dashboards, and support the Cost-to-Serve model and other financial visibility tools.
- Maintain programme reporting, action tracking, and deliverable management using Microsoft Planner.
- Create internal communications, newsletters, surveys, and social media content for team engagement.
- Support AI and digital transformation initiatives such as Superminds and AI Scheduling Assistants.
- Prepare transformation reports, workshop summaries, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
- Standardize templates, document formats, and governance frameworks across Service Operations deliverables.
- Support initiatives spanning service process standardization, performance, future needs, lean culture, and digital and AI adoption.
Required skills and experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
