- Define goals, audience, positioning and messaging, and drive execution of growth initiatives
- Collaborate across business, marketing and regional teams to deliver on business goals
- Gather key competitive, market and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Be customer obsessed and take customer experience to the next level
- Launch insights driven marketing programs that drive key business metrics
- Champion Binance’s marketing experimentation culture by testing measurable and scalable programs
- Attract, coach and develop a talented team of world class product marketers

- Strong interest and experience in cryptocurrency space and community
- Strong track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drove significant business results
- Highly collaborative leadership skills and proven ability to influence cross functional teams
- Strong business acumen and extensive experience with core analytical concepts like LTV and incrementality
- Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisions
- Scrappy and resourceful way of operating
- Ability to excel at both strategic and operational levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter with ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit

Qualifications

- Strong business acumen and extensive experience with core analytical concepts like LTV and incrementality
- Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisions

- An ability to excel at both the strategic and operational levels, and to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives
