About AppDirect

AppDirect provides a subscription commerce platform for selling products through any channel and on any device as a service.

The platform powers millions of subscriptions for organizations worldwide.

About You

The Product Marketing Manager will own a product line end to end as the sole product marketing voice for a business unit.

The role requires independent prioritization and the ability to turn competitive intelligence, win/loss data, and customer insight into positioning and go-to-market plans.

The role combines positioning, pipeline analysis, analyst relations, customer advocacy, and cross-functional planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Own go-to-market strategy for business unit product launches, including positioning, success criteria, and execution.
  • Define and track product marketing outcomes and metrics tied to pipeline and new revenue targets.
  • Use competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and market research to influence product roadmap and positioning decisions.
  • Build customer advocacy and expansion-stage programs supporting upsell, cross-sell, and platform growth.
  • Own analyst relations, including briefings and research inquiries.
  • Represent product marketing in planning discussions with sales, customer success, marketing, and product leadership.
  • Contribute recommendations for pricing, packaging, and positioning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment with demonstrated go-to-market ownership.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, win/loss research, or market intelligence.
  • Familiarity with analyst relations processes and research briefings.
  • Experience developing customer marketing or expansion-stage programs.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple initiatives and set an independent agenda.
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills for senior cross-functional audiences.
  • Product-led growth experience is an asset, not a requirement.
