- Own product marketing metrics: campaign performance, engagement, product adoption support, and marketing sourced pipeline
- Drive product launches end to end from positioning and messaging to go to market plan and post launch read
- Turn competitive moves into positioning and enablement that Sales can use the same week

About the Role
- We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how Pemo's product is positioned, launched, and talked about across the region.
- You sit at the centre of Sales, Marketing, and Product, and you turn what we build into a story buyers understand and act on.
What you'll be doing
- Own the distribution of Pemo's story across channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, product announcements, and community conversations.
- Build sales enablement and product content with AI, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Product to produce case studies, product pages, newsletters, product updates, and product launch videos.
- Deploy and operate existing AI agents across the product marketing workflow, from research and drafting to repurposing and distribution.
- Own the product marketing metrics that prove the work: campaign performance, engagement, product adoption support, and marketing sourced pipeline.
- Drive product launches end to end from positioning and messaging to the go to market plan and the post launch read.
- Turn competitive moves into positioning and enablement that Sales can use the same week.
Who we are looking for Must have
- Proven ability to deploy and use existing AI agents in a real product marketing workflow, with examples of work you shipped faster or better because of it.
- 3 5 years in B2B SaaS or fintech product marketing, with a track record of owning product launches.
- Strong writing and narrative instincts. You can take a product feature and make a buyer care about it.
- A record of owning product marketing metrics, including marketing sourced pipeline and product adoption, not just producing content.
- Comfort operating across Sales, Marketing, and Product without waiting to be handed a brief.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to finance buyers (CFO, Finance Controller) or to SME founders.
- Familiarity with the MENA market, and Arabic language skills.
- Hands on video and multimedia production using AI tools.
- A history of building an audience or community on LinkedIn or in founder circles.
