Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, with a proven ability to translate data driven insights into impactful strategies
- Post secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an asset)
- Creative and innovative mindset, unafraid to challenge the status quo, with a strong drive for results and exceptional communication skills
- Analytical problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and complex timelines seamlessly
- Passion for staying ahead of emerging content, market trends, and competitive activities
- Experience leading and collaborating within highly cross functional teams, fostering alignment across editorial, marketing, and art functions
- Track record of successfully managing a product portfolio, with a focus on sales analysis, post mortems, and strategic pivots
- Ability to influence without formal authority, nurturing strong professional relationships and driving alignment across stakeholders
- Strong people management skills, with a talent for coaching, providing feedback, and developing team members
- Deep understanding of audience behavior and definition, including how to identify, reach, and engage specific audiences across formats and subgenres
- Proficiency with Office 365 and a comfort with leveraging tools and data to inform decision making and strategy

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, with a proven ability to translate data driven insights into impactful strategies.
