- Manage assortment, forecasts, and overall product portfolio across channels and retailers
- Own pricing strategy and competitive analysis throughout the year
- Drive forecast accuracy and contribute directly to sales performance
- Lead order planning and placement, working daily with distributors
- Partner closely with Demand Planning to assess needs and translate forecasts into execution plans
- Align product allocation to distributors based on strategic priorities and demand
- Proactively manage replenishment, newness, and opening orders
- Ensure seamless product flow from availability through to shipment to distributors
- Work cross functionally to resolve stock issues and ensure on time delivery
- Lead key projects such as product kits and locally assembled sets
- Oversee full process from product readiness to in market availability
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, including face to face engagement
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in product/marketing roles within beauty, luxury, retail or FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of forecasting, pricing and assortment planning
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and operationally strong
- Confident working across logistics and supply chain topics
- Exceptionally strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive self starter who takes initiative and works effectively with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills (SAP is a plus)
- Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Digitally savvy comfortable with AI

Description
- We are looking for a highly driven, commercially sharp Product Manager to join our luxury beauty portfolio, working across Luxe skincare in the Middle East.
- This is a hands on, high impact role at the core of the business — blending product strategy, demand planning, and operational execution across distributors, retailers and regional teams.
The Role
- Manage assortment, forecasts, and overall product portfolio across channels and retailers.
- Own pricing strategy and competitive analysis throughout the year.
- Drive forecast accuracy and contribute directly to sales performance.
- Lead order planning and placement, working daily with distributors.
- Partner closely with Demand Planning to assess needs and translate forecasts into execution plans.
- Align product allocation to distributors based on strategic priorities and demand.
- Proactively manage replenishment, newness, and opening orders.
- Ensure seamless product flow — from availability through to shipment to distributors.
- Work cross functionally (Supply Chain, Logistics, Regional, Retail) to resolve stock issues and ensure on time delivery.
- Take ownership when challenges arise — coordinating stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Lead key projects such as product kits and locally assembled sets.
- Ensure correct quantities, timelines, barcodes, and coordination with suppliers and warehouses.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience in product/marketing roles within beauty, luxury, retail or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of forecasting, pricing and assortment planning.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and operationally strong.
- Confident working across logistics and supply chain topics.
