Role Overview

Product Strategy and Delivery

• Define product vision, objectives, expected outcomes, and a continuously refined roadmap.
• Present key product topics to decision boards and act as a product ambassador across internal entities.
• Define and analyze expertise KPIs in alignment with the GSO Office and governance framework.
• Maintain the product backlog and coordinate improvement initiatives and expert service delivery.
• Maintain the product service catalog and integrate quality, security, and compliance into product decisions.
• Ensure procedures, operational guidelines, and support documentation are maintained.

People Management

• Set individual and team objectives aligned with product priorities and GSO strategy.
• Develop team expertise through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, onboarding, and capability building.

Education and Certifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field is listed.
• Relevant cybersecurity, product management, or IT governance certifications are advantageous, including CISSP, CISM, Certified Agile Product Owner, or ITIL v4.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience leading IT or security operations teams, including L1/L2/L3 support teams.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with network and cloud security, including NGFW, SASE, Zscaler, AWS security, or Azure security.
• Understanding of cybersecurity metrics, DevSecOps, CI/CD security, automation, APIs, production operations, and service continuity.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, escalation, monitoring, alerting, and runbook-based operations.
• Experience in 24/7 environments and on-call operating models.

Additional Skills

• Strong operational process and documentation skills, communication, coordination, analysis, and decision-making.
• Written and spoken English is required; French is an advantage.
• Leadership, team coaching, and a service-oriented mindset are expected.

• The global cybersecurity team is based in multiple locations, and this role is located at the Montreal office.
