The Regional Financial Controller analyzes the performance of regional entities and ensures the quality and consistency of financial information.
The role liaises between the Head Office Finance Department and local entities, including CFOs and their teams.
Responsibilities
- Control subsidiaries’ financial performance through audits, monthly closings, and dividend distributions.
- Guarantee a strong internal control environment.
- Ensure effective linkage with shared service centers and target operating models.
- Enhance network efficiency, promote cost savings, and contribute to Finance network coordination.
- Support cost control studies, tool and reporting automation, and the year-end budget exercise.
Specific Requirements and Skills
- Postgraduate-level education and at least five years of experience are required; a Business school background is preferred.
- Ethics, integrity, confidentiality, analytical ability, problem-solving, planning, organization, autonomy, adaptability, and communication are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required for interaction with numerous internal and external departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English is required.
