Position Summary
Own the vision and value proposition of a global cybersecurity product.
Define product strategy, drive the roadmap, and maximize value delivered by product experts.
Lead a cybersecurity product team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Product Vision, Strategy, and Communication
- Define product vision, objectives, expected outcomes, roadmap, and business-value prioritization.
- Present product expertise topics to decision boards.
- Represent the product across IT, cybersecurity, operations, and other internal entities.
Product Value and Backlog
- Define, monitor, and analyze expertise KPIs within governance and control frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on product evolution, investigations, and capability quality.
- Maintain the product backlog and coordinate product improvement and expert service initiatives.
Quality and Operational Readiness
- Maintain the product service catalog and reflect available services, capabilities, and operational expectations.
- Integrate quality, security, compliance, and product debt considerations into product decisions.
- Document services, procedures, operational guidelines, and supporting expertise documentation.
People Management
- Set individual and team objectives aligned with product priorities and cybersecurity strategy.
- Support development, upskilling, onboarding, engagement, and long-term capacity building.
- Provide guidance and feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.
- Relevant cybersecurity, product management, or IT governance certifications are a plus, including CISSP, CISM, Certified Agile Product Owner, or ITIL v4.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong leadership experience managing IT or security operations teams.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, network security, and cloud security.
- Experience with cybersecurity metrics, service continuity, support teams, automation, monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling.
- Experience in 24/7 environments and on-call models, with strong operational process and documentation skills.
- English written and spoken communication is required; French is an asset.
