About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor annual and long term brand strategy for rare disease products, including budget management
- Prepare Saudi market for new indications and product launches, ensuring organisational readiness
- Conduct local market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning and adapt product strategy
- Communicate marketing plans to sales force, provide training and feedback on field execution
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs and patient associations
- Build strategic partnerships with cross functional teams and manage external agencies for campaign execution
- Contribute to local portfolio strategy planning and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or related field
- Solid product management or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally specialty care or rare diseases
- Strong track record of building brand strategies, launching products and delivering measurable commercial results
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and external partners
- Competitive, solution oriented mindset with multi project management skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Your new role
- As Product Manager for Rare Disease portfolio in KSA, own local marketing strategy across Haemophilia, Rare Bleeding Disorders and Growth Disorders.
- Shape how we launch, communicate and grow in one of the region's most dynamic healthcare markets.
Day to day tasks
- Developing, implementing and monitoring annual and long term brand strategy, including budget proposal and management.
- Preparing Saudi market for new indications and product launches, ensuring full organisational readiness.
- Conducting local market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning and adapt product strategy.
- Communicating marketing plans and campaigns to sales force, providing training, motivational support and feedback.
- Identifying, developing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs and patient associations.
- Building strategic partnerships with cross functional teams and managing external agencies.
- Contributing to local portfolio strategy planning and ensuring compliance with safety SOPs.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine or related field; postgraduate in marketing/business is an advantage.
- Solid product management or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally specialty care or rare diseases.
- Strong track record of building brand strategies, launching products and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and external partners.
- Competitive, solution oriented mindset with strong multi project management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Saudi National.
