Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and strategic

Product Manager

to help define, build, and improve products that create value for users and the business.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, shape product direction, and support delivery from idea to launch.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver products successfully.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
  • Track product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with software, digital products, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar product development methods.
  • Experience using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
