Role Overview

We are hiring Video Editors to evaluate AI-generated video outputs and contribute to video generation model improvement.

In this role, you will assess AI video quality, identify visual artifacts, and apply structured rubrics.

The ideal candidate has hands-on editing experience and a strong eye for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated video outputs using structured rubrics.
  • Assess visual quality, motion coherence, and editing fundamentals.
  • Identify artifacts, inconsistencies, and edge cases in AI video.
  • File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
  • Partner with creative and product teams on quality criteria.
  • Contribute to rubric design for video generation evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of video editing or post-production experience.
  • Proficiency with at least one editing tool (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of pacing, continuity, and visual storytelling.
  • Clear written communication for evaluation feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual judgment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demo reel or portfolio of edited work.
  • Experience with motion graphics or VFX.
  • Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
  • Background in commercial, narrative, or social media video.
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Luma).
