Role Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator to manage Salesforce environments and evaluate AI outputs related to CRM workflows and Salesforce automation.

In this role, you will configure orgs, evaluate AI-generated Salesforce solutions, and contribute to model improvement.

The ideal candidate has admin experience and strong process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs including users, profiles, and permissions.
  • Evaluate AI-generated Salesforce configurations, formulas, and Apex code.
  • Apply structured rubrics to assess solution quality and best practices.
  • Build automations using Flow, Validation Rules, and declarative tools.
  • File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
  • Partner with revenue and product teams on quality criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce admin or developer experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
  • Clear written communication for documentation and bug reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer).
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or SOQL.
  • Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Background in revenue operations or sales tech stack.
