About the Role
Sonata Software is seeking a self-starting Product Manager to lead initiatives across compliance verticals.
The role is a senior individual-contributor position with a compliance focus and strategic and executional responsibilities.
The Product Manager will collaborate with an existing product team in the Education vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for regulatory, document control, and accreditation software products, including Ithos, DocXellent, McCreadie, and Blue Link.
- Translate complex compliance requirements into clear product specifications.
- Engage compliance officers and quality management system users to uncover unmet needs.
- Ensure releases meet regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning in compliance workflows.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience working across at least two product domains is required.
- Demonstrated use of Gen AI tools in discovery, product requirements writing, data analysis, and roadmapping is required.
- An MBA with strong product strategy coursework or equivalent product leadership experience is required.
