Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Configure modules related to finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Provide training and support to end users on system functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations and customizations.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.
Skills and Tools Required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proficiency in finance and supply chain management modules.
- Solid experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and version control systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certifications are a plus.
