- Work directly with finance leaders and business owners to surface problems that slow them down
- Take new ideas from zero to one: define problem, validate with users, ship working solution
- Scale what's already live: remove friction, improve reliability, drive adoption
- Work closely with marketing on go to market to ensure new features land and stick
- Obsess over usage numbers, drop off points, and adoption curves; test hypotheses with data
- Understand user pain deeply and turn it into product decisions that simplify the platform
Requirements
- 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products people use daily, owning a real surface
- Genuine pull toward customers; talks to users every week
- Simplification instinct; can show a flow made dramatically simpler
- Fluent in data; builds own dashboards and acts on findings
- Turns messy customer input into clear decisions; brings decisions to the table
- Saudi or MENA market experience and Arabic are nice to have

The role
- SiFi is building the business wallet Saudi companies actually want to use.
- The Platform squad owns how companies control spend, capture receipts, enforce policy, and understand where their money goes.
- This is a product team, not a feature factory. You'll be handed problems and outcomes, not a roadmap to execute.
What you'll own
- Work directly with finance leaders and business owners to surface problems that slow them down.
- Take new ideas from zero to one: defining the problem, validating with real users, and shipping something that works.
- Scale what's already live: removing friction, improving reliability, and driving adoption.
- Work closely with marketing on go to market, making sure new features actually land, get used, and stick.
- Obsess over usage numbers, drop off points, and adoption curves; act on what the data says.
- Understand user pain deeply and turn it into product decisions that make the platform dramatically simpler.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years shipping B2B SaaS products people use daily. You've owned a real surface, not assisted on one.
- You have a genuine pull toward customers. You talk to users every week because you want to.
- You have a simplification instinct. Show us a flow you made dramatically simpler.
- You're fluent in data. You build your own dashboards, spot patterns before anyone flags them.
- You turn messy, contradictory customer input into clear decisions, and you bring decisions to the table.
Nice to have
- Saudi or MENA market experience, and Arabic.
- You've felt finance ops pain firsthand, or are fast at building context.
- You've worked somewhere that treated design as a core competency, not decoration.
