- Define how Zip accelerates onboarding, activation, and expansion in its next phase of growth
- Build AI powered onboarding and configuration systems that reduce manual setup and compress time to go live
- Own infrastructure such as sandbox environments, workflow versioning and promotion, and API/MCP/export frameworks
- Define and evolve an AI powered product adoption tooling and framework that improves feature discoverability and delivers contextual in product guidance
- Partner with Documentation and Education teams to embed AI native guidance directly into the product experience
- Work cross functionally with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams to build reusable systems for scalable onboarding
Requirements
- 2 4+ years of product management and 4 8+ years of overall professional experience
- Ability to break down ambiguous operational and configuration challenges into structured systems and scalable solutions
- Demonstrated comfort owning operationally intensive product areas
- Ability to lead cross functional initiatives across product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and documentation teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort defining measurable adoption and growth metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Your Role
- As a founding Product Manager on the Onboarding team, you will define how Zip accelerates customer onboarding, activation, and expansion through AI powered experiences.
You Will
- Define how Zip accelerates onboarding, activation, and expansion in its next phase of growth
- Build AI powered onboarding and configuration systems that reduce manual setup, detect issues proactively, and dramatically compress time to go live
- Own infrastructure such as sandbox environments, workflow versioning and promotion, and API/MCP/export frameworks
- Define and evolve an AI powered product adoption tooling and framework that improves feature discoverability, delivers contextual in product guidance, and proactively surfaces expansion opportunities
- Partner with Documentation and Education teams to embed AI native guidance directly into the product experience
- Work cross functionally with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams to build reusable systems and processes that power scalable onboarding
Qualifications
- 2 4+ years of product management and 4 8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working on SaaS onboarding, activation or platform tooling is a plus
- Ability to break down ambiguous operational and configuration challenges into structured systems and scalable solutions
- Demonstrated comfort owning operationally intensive product areas – including migrations, versioning, enablement workflows, and cross functional coordination
- Ability to lead cross functional initiatives across product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and documentation teams, influencing without authority
- Strong analytical skills and comfort defining measurable adoption and growth metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
