Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience managing LMS, EdTech, SaaS, or digital platform products
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and technology platforms
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial objectives and customer needs
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience working with cross functional product and technology teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

- Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Ensure platform scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Project Management
- Lead and coordinate cross functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and operational teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful execution of product initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
Business and Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technology solutions.
- Participate in strategic discussions related to product growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership teams to define business priorities and product goals.
- Evaluate business impact, ROI, and feasibility of new product initiatives.
- Support decision making through data driven insights and recommendations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain product documentation and project progress reports.
- Present roadmap updates, sprint outcomes, and feature releases to stakeholders.
- Monitor project health and resource allocation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on platform analytics and user feedback.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Develop executive level reports highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience managing LMS, EdTech, SaaS, or digital platform products.

- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, system architecture, and digital product ecosystems.
- Experience working closely with development teams and technology stakeholders.
