Product Manager, Interoperability

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Understand customer supply chain systems of record, adjacent data sources, and integration needs.
• Define source and destination systems, workflow sequencing, business rules, and data flows across integration patterns.
• Write business design documents, PRDs, design specifications, and integration documentation.
• Map current-state and target-state workflows for order-to-cash, transportation planning and execution, supply and demand planning, and exception handling.
• Understand MCP interoperability and how system-to-system goals can be achieved between LLMs.
• Define success metrics and acceptance criteria before build and verify them after launch.
• Serve as the source of truth for interoperability workflows and resolve ambiguity before Engineering.
• Run structured discovery with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
• Partner with Data and Platform Engineering on Snowflake and Databricks ingestion and transformation patterns.
• Prioritize workflow design across the roadmap and create clear documentation for Engineering.

What You’ll Bring

• Five to eight years of experience in business process design, business or systems analysis, or product management focused on system integrations.
• Experience mapping and documenting workflows across multiple systems using process mapping, workflow diagrams, BPMN, or equivalent.
• Strong fluency in API and MCP concepts and data transformation patterns; hands-on API building is not required.
• Working familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Experience defining success metrics and acceptance criteria for complex cross-system initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Supply chain, logistics, or complex B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not required.

Workplace Expectations

• This role requires working from the office all five days of the week.
