- Play a key role in the delivery of large scale product, platform, technology and advisory initiatives that enhance advisor and client experiences.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for future platforms.
- Collaborate with Field and Wealth Management leaders to shape where our offering needs to go next.
- Lead large, cross functional delivery efforts to bring high quality and scalable solutions to life.
- Ensure new capabilities integrate seamlessly into both the branch experience and the client’s financial journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 3 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, program delivery, or a related role.
- Experience working in cross functional or matrixed environments to deliver technology, product or process initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Solid understanding of financial services concepts, products, workflows or platforms relevant to wealth management.

What You Bring (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 3 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, program delivery, or a related role.
- Experience working in cross functional or matrixed environments to deliver technology, product or process initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and progress.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Solid understanding of financial services concepts, products, workflows or platforms relevant to wealth management.
What Could Set You Apart (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Edward Jones platforms, tools or branch workflows.
- Experience with product or delivery tools such as Jira, Aha, Confluence, Zoom Whiteboard or similar.
- Exposure to Canadian advisory or managed account programs, onboarding, CRM or advisor facing platforms.
- Project management experience or training.
Workplace Expectations
- Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Mississauga home office location are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
- Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Mississauga home office location are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
