Own the Seller Experience domain at Snapmint.
Build scalable, intuitive tools and systems for seller onboarding, catalog management, promotions, and performance tracking.
Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams while balancing efficiency, compliance, and customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end seller journey across onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, order management, and performance insights.
- Build self-service tools and dashboards to simplify seller operations.
- Define and prioritize seller experience features aligned with marketplace growth goals.
- Streamline KYC, verification, payouts, and dispute resolution workflows with operations.
- Provide actionable data insights to improve seller sales and fulfillment performance.
- Maintain scalable, reliable, and regulation-compliant seller-facing systems.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience focused on seller or merchant platforms in a large-scale B2C ecommerce company.
- Strong understanding of seller onboarding, catalog systems, pricing tools, and promotions.
- Exposure to payments, KYC and compliance workflows, and order lifecycle management.
