As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely assistance and resolving queries related to our financial products. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹13,000 - ₹21,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment focused on your professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and services
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to management
Requirements
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
