Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Stores Backoffice Services product roadmap
- Conduct in depth user research and analysis with store colleagues and operational teams
- Oversee the entire product delivery lifecycle, working with engineering, design, and operations
- Own and drive key backoffice KPIs and metrics
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to make informed product decisions
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory considerations are incorporated into product designs
Requirements
- Proven Product Management experience combined with demonstrated hands on software development experience
- Strong familiarity with retail store operations and backoffice processes
- Ability to think long term and define strategy, coupled with hands on execution
- Comfortable working with large datasets and defining metrics
- Proven ability to lead and influence across diverse teams
- Exceptional skills in breaking down complex problems and making trade offs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Deep comfort with agile methodologies including backlog grooming and user story writing

Position Overview
- This is a critical role within our Stores Backoffice Services Product Management team.
- As a Product Manager, you will leverage your unique blend of product leadership and software development expertise to shape essential tools and systems for store colleagues.
- You will translate complex operational needs into a compelling product vision, strategy, and executable roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Lead development and execution of the Stores Backoffice Services product roadmap
- Deep Dive Discovery: Conduct in depth user research and analysis
- End to End Delivery: Oversee the entire product delivery lifecycle
- Performance & Optimization: Own and drive key backoffice KPIs
- Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Data Driven Decisions: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
