About the Role

What You Will Do

• Define and own the pod's mission, target customer, business outcome, and success metrics.
• Validate ideas with data and customer insight before committing the pod to build.
• Use AI agents for discovery, competitive analysis, specification writing, and backlog health.
• Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria for humans and AI agents.
• Operate in continuous-flow Kanban, prioritize work, respect work-in-progress limits, and ship frequently.
• Map dependencies and integration points across teams and unblock the pod.
• Prototype, script, or contribute code with AI assistance when useful.
• Understand architecture trade-offs, system constraints, and deployment impact.
• Track production KPIs and use outcomes to guide future work.
• Collaborate across pods, stakeholders, and commercial partners in multiple geographies.

• Candidates are assessed for AI fluency, including the ability to prompt, evaluate, and iterate with AI.
• Candidates are assessed for cross-functional versatility, customer and value awareness, craft, technical curiosity, and agency.
• The role requires ownership of outcomes, clear communication, attention to detail, and curiosity about how systems work.

Must Have

• An experienced Product Manager with a record of delivering excellent digital experiences is required.
• Strong product strategy, discovery, and prioritization skills using RICE, impact mapping, or an equivalent approach are required.
• Clear specification and acceptance-criteria writing skills are required.
• Data-driven decision making using KPIs, A/B testing, analytics, and customer research is required.
• AI-assisted workflows for discovery, competitive analysis, specification writing, and validation are required.
• International cross-functional stakeholder and dependency management experience is required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product lifecycle tooling is required.
• The ability to mentor, onboard, coach, and support other Product Managers is required.

Nice to Have

• Ability to write or modify code with AI assistance for prototyping, scripting, or small changes is beneficial.
• An engineering degree or technical background is beneficial for architecture and system design discussions.
• Experience with agent systems, AI evaluation, or AI-augmented product workflows is beneficial.
• Experience in regulated industries such as gaming, financial services, or healthcare is beneficial.
• Experience with wireframes, prototypes, or design systems is beneficial.
