Role Overview
The Product Manager joins a product and technology team and works in an AI-native, cross-functional pod with Product, Engineering, and Quality.
The role owns product missions, validates outcomes, and guides delivery without hand-offs.
Responsibilities
- Define the pod mission, target customer, business outcome, and success metrics.
- Validate ideas using data and customer insight before committing to build.
- Use AI agents for discovery, competitive analysis, specification writing, and backlog health.
- Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria for people and AI agents.
- Prioritize continuous Kanban flow, respect work-in-progress limits, and ship daily.
- Map dependencies, unblock the pod, and collaborate across teams and geographies.
- Prototype, script, or contribute code with AI assistance when useful.
- Understand architecture trade-offs, system constraints, deployment impact, and production KPIs.

- Candidates are assessed for AI fluency, cross-functional versatility, customer and value awareness, craft, technical curiosity, and agency.
- The role values clear communication, ownership of outcomes, experimentation, and the ability to contribute beyond one discipline.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experienced Product Manager with a record of delivering excellent digital experiences.
- Strong product strategy, discovery, and prioritization skills using RICE, impact mapping, or an equivalent approach.
- Ability to write clear specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering and AI agents.
- Experience using KPIs, A/B testing, analytics, and customer research for decisions.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows for discovery, analysis, specification writing, and validation.
- International cross-functional stakeholder and dependency management experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product lifecycle tooling.
- Ability to mentor, onboard, and coach other Product Managers.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Ability to prototype, script, or modify code with AI assistance.
- Engineering degree or technical background for architecture and system design discussions.
- Experience with agent systems, AI evaluation, or AI-augmented product workflows.
- Experience in gaming, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or working with design systems.
