About the Role

- Shape the product vision, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with journey and business priorities
- Lead product discovery with internal partners, frontline users, and vendors to uncover opportunities, risks, and insights
- Translate operational and customer needs into clear product specifications and user stories
- Own and manage an integrated product backlog, balancing features, technical debt, compliance, and experience outcomes
- Measure product performance and health, using analytics to drive prioritization and optimization
- Coordinate release planning with Technology Delivery, ensuring readiness and alignment across functions
- Partner with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other domain teams to ensure standards and risk posture are met
- Lead effective communication of product updates through portfolio forums and stakeholder sessions
- Foster cross functional team collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in technology product management with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products for airlines or airports
- 3+ years of cross functional leadership experience, with ability to influence without authority and manage vendor relationships
- Knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, systems integrations, UX principles, and customer journey mapping
- Experience applying design thinking frameworks
- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools such as Jira, ProductPlan/Roadmunk, Figma/Miro, and product analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance

Position Overview
- Reporting to the Associate Director, Product Management, the Product Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Pearson’s digital transformation.
- You will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products that improve passenger experience and operational efficiency.
- You will steward a persistent, cross functional product team and translate complex operational and customer needs into secure, reliable, and high value digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with journey and business priorities.
- Lead product discovery with internal partners, frontline users, and vendors to uncover opportunities, risks, and insights.
