- Own platforms end to end from business problem to shipping and iterating
- Map user journeys and operational workflows, find breakdowns
- Identify bugs, inefficiencies, UX issues, and commercial opportunities
- Use AI coding tools to prototype, automate, test, release and iterate
- Build dashboards, internal tools, automations, and integrations
- Work closely with operations, leadership, support, and commercial teams
- Prioritise based on business impact, operational value, and commercial outcomes
- Help the wider team adopt AI enabled ways of working

- Strong product, operations, or business systems experience with a track record of owning outcomes
- Commercially focused and outcome driven
- Hands on with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Codex, Replit)
- Strong problem solving instinct and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Able to operate independently without a fully staffed team
- Comfortable across technical and non technical conversations
- Curious and highly operational mindset

About the Role
- We are building a portfolio of in house platforms and digital ventures.
- This is not a traditional product role; we use modern AI tools as our engineering capability.
- You will report directly to the CTO and have genuine ownership across products and platforms.
What You’ll Own
- In house operational platforms: scheduling, operations, workflow, reporting.
- Internal tools: productivity and automation tools to eliminate manual work.
- New ventures: venture stage digital products developed from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own platforms end to end from understanding the business problem to shipping and iterating.
- Map user journeys and operational workflows, find where they break down.
- Identify bugs, inefficiencies, UX issues, and commercial opportunities.
- Use AI coding tools to prototype, automate, test, release and iterate.
- Build dashboards, internal tools, automations, and integrations.
- Work closely with operations, leadership, support, and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For

- SQL or light scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Browser automation or testing tools.
- ERP, scheduling, or operational platforms.
