- Capture and document As Is and To Be business processes
- Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, manual activities, and automation opportunities
- Create process maps, workflows, user journeys, and business requirements
- Support Product Managers in translating business needs into practical solutions
- Develop training materials, guides, playbooks, and knowledge assets
- Deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, and system demonstrations
- Help teams adopt new systems, platforms, and AI enabled ways of working
- Support business cases and investment justifications
- Define baseline measures and success criteria
- Track adoption, utilisation, and realised business outcomes
- Produce post implementation reviews and benefits realisation reports
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Consultant, Trainer, Change Manager, or similar role
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written communication and workshop facilitation capabilities
- Comfortable operating across business, operational, and technical domains
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
- Passion for helping people adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Able to operate independently while managing multiple initiatives
- Commercially minded and focused on measurable business outcomes

About the role
- We are building a portfolio of AI native platforms, operational systems, enterprise technologies, and venture stage digital products.
- Technology only creates value when people adopt it. This role bridges the gap between business operations, product delivery, and organisational change.
- We are looking for a Business Analyst who combines process analysis, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management skills.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, operational teams, and leadership to understand how organisations operate today, design improved ways of working, and help users successfully adopt the solutions we deliver.
- You will play a key role in capturing business processes, supporting product development, building business cases, measuring realised benefits, and driving technology adoption across both internal teams and external clients.
What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
- Someone who can significantly multiply their capability and capacity through the effective use of AI tools and automation
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Consultant, Trainer, Change Manager, or similar role
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written communication and workshop facilitation capabilities
- Comfortable operating across business, operational, and technical domains
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset

Bonus experience
- BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar process modelling tools
- Product Management or Product Ownership
- Organisational Change Management
- Learning & Development or Corporate Training
- ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics, or Salesforce
- Workflow automation platforms including n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or Replit
- Business intelligence, reporting, and benefits realisation frameworks
