Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics project management, or data focused program coordination
- Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical work into business impact
- Experience managing cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Datadog, Adobe)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Overview
- Restaurant Brands International is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly CAD 45 billion in annual system wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants.
- We are expanding our Digital Analytics capabilities and are looking for a Product Manager, Advanced Analytics to join our Tim Hortons team in Toronto.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of advanced analytics (ML / AI) and data engineering requests from internal teams.
- Manage and routinely update the roadmap for the advanced analytics and data engineering teams.
- Translate business problems into clear requirements and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross functional planning and track progress across multiple analytics & engineering initiatives.
- Support the deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines by aligning teams on objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Communicate roadmap & project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
- Ensure all projects have clear business objectives, well defined deliverables, and measurable outputs.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to validate models, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics project management, or data focused program coordination.
- Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical work into business impact and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience managing cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with data analysis languages (e.g. SQL & Python) and modern data tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Datadog, Adobe) and analytics visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with a focus on delivering and communicating results and updates.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment that requires adaptability and proactive problem solving.

Compensation
- Base salary range of CAD 100,000 CAD 150,000 CAD.
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus plan.
- May be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants.
Work Schedule
- RBI follows a 5 day, in office work schedule. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our Toronto, ON location.
