About the Role

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for your product domain
- Translate company vision and business objectives into clear, measurable product goals and deliverables
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation
- Develop a deep understanding of target users — their needs, workflows, and pain points
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify impactful problems and validate product hypotheses
- Translate validated insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Build and maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes
- Lead agile development processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and managing cross functional dependencies
- Coordinate go to market launches with marketing, sales, and support teams
- Serve as the product expert for engineering, making clear trade off decisions throughout development
- Keep stakeholders informed on performance, timelines, and priorities
- Partner with design to ensure user experience aligns with product goals and brand standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or closely related role
- Genuine understanding of technology; ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate clearly
- Solid understanding of agile development processes
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Asana, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

What We're Looking For
