- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and stakeholders to deliver innovative products and features
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and measurable business impact
- Monitor product performance, define key metrics, and drive continuous improvements through data driven decision making, user insights, and strategic planning initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Experience in product planning, market analysis, roadmap development, and stakeholder management is advantageous
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and project or product management platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, customer experience principles, agile methodologies, and business performance measurement practices is highly advantageous

Role Description

Qualifications

- Experience in product planning, market analysis, roadmap development, and stakeholder management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and project or product management platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams and align stakeholders around shared goals.
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, customer experience principles, agile methodologies, and business performance measurement practices is highly advantageous.
