- Lead the organization's business intelligence and analytics initiatives by transforming data into strategic insights
- Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data analysis, reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, data modeling, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change

Role Description
- Lead the organization's business intelligence and analytics initiatives by transforming data into strategic insights that drive business performance and growth.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization solutions that support decision making across multiple business functions.
- Manage data analysis activities to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, establish reporting standards, and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
- Drive data governance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a data driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data analysis, reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, and performance measurement practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, data modeling, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience coordinating cross functional projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive organizational change, and support enterprise wide decision making.
- Knowledge of data governance, predictive analytics, data warehousing, and business performance management principles is highly advantageous.
