- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive process improvement, business transformation, and strategic projects

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of business process analysis, requirements management, performance measurement, and business improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in reporting tools, data analysis platforms, and business intelligence solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of business transformation, process optimization, change management, and data driven decision making practices is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead business analysis initiatives to support strategic planning, operational improvement, and organizational growth.
