Responsibilities
- Understand and capture customer needs, defining new offer scope and specifications aligned with market needs and company strategy
- Participate in customer seminars, meetings, workshops, and events to promote offers
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Establish and grow relationships with strategic partners
- Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify new market opportunities
- Regularly conduct competitive analysis of technical & commercial offers and identify needs for offer enhancement
- Identify market trends, disruptions, and opportunities, driving initiatives to capitalize on them
- Price positioning across all Go To Markets and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness
- Work closely with teams to deliver with quick time to market and optimal resources
- Lead product optimization and standardization with R&D and design teams
- Drive product launches, working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Participate in the proposal response process, offer forecast, and plan accuracy

Key Accountability Areas Market Exploration and Relationships

Market Research and Analysis
- Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify new market opportunities for new and existing product lines.
- Regularly conduct competitive analysis of technical & commercial offers and identify needs for offer enhancement to maintain competitiveness and monitor market price trends.
- Identify market trends, disruptions, and opportunities, driving initiatives to capitalize on them.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Price positioning across all Go To Markets and geographies to capture offer value and ensure competitiveness.
- Work closely with teams to deliver with quick time to market and optimal resources.
- Lead product optimization and standardization with R&D and design teams for process performance improvement and increased productivity.
Product Launch and Operations
- Drive product launches, working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Participate in the proposal response process, offer forecast, and plan accuracy, ensuring the right inventory and competitive lead times.
- Focus on excess & obsolete (E&O) trends and provide strategic actions to maintain the best inventory level.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
