- Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy aligned with business objectives
- Define digital solution roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs
- Lead the design of end to end digital and automation solutions integrating OT and IT
- Oversee configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications
- Lead integration of industrial and enterprise platforms
- Act as trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of advanced technologies like AI, ML, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twins
- Oversee successful delivery of digital solutions projects within scope, schedule, budget
- Lead, mentor, and develop solution architects, application engineers, and digital specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 Years of work experience
- Experience in digital solutions strategy, architecture, and management
- Knowledge of OT/IT integration and industrial systems

Key Accountability Areas
- Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy aligned with DASA's business objectives.
- Define digital solution roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead the design of end to end digital and automation solutions integrating OT and IT environments.
- Review and approve solution architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Oversee configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications and platforms.
- Lead the integration of industrial and enterprise platforms.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of advanced technologies including AI, ML, Predictive Maintenance, Digital Twins.
- Oversee the successful delivery of digital solutions projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and develop solution architects, application engineers, and digital specialists.
Academic Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
- 6 to 10 Years of work experience.
