Location and Compensation
- The role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid schedule requiring two days in the office each week.
- Annual salary is ₹2,913,665.
Position Overview
The Program Manager ensures complex initiatives move from planning to delivery smoothly, predictably, and to a high standard of quality.
The role coordinates Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Client Success, and business teams.
The role supports effective delivery in an AI-enabled development environment.
Program Delivery and Execution
- Own delivery of multiple initiatives across product development, client engagements, AI offerings, and internal projects.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive resolution before delivery impact occurs.
- Lead release planning, execution tracking, and post-release reviews.
Process and Stakeholder Management
- Improve delivery workflows across Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
