Role
Senior Product Engineer focused on Java development for banking products.
The role combines development leadership, product ownership, and technical solution design for critical banking systems.
Required Technical Skills
- Java development and API or service orchestration.
- Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, service integration, SQL, cloud, CI/CD, and Agile.
- Microservices service boundaries and API-first reusable service design.
Required Competencies
- 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Retail or wholesale banking knowledge.
- Banking product design and coding experience, with at least BFSI domain experience.
- Willingness to learn new products and independently pilot innovations.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Role Expectations
- Own end-to-end design and development of critical banking product components.
- Act as a technical anchor for banking product modules.
- Translate banking business requirements into product-grade technical solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, fault tolerance, availability, reliability, concurrency, and data consistency.
