Role Overview
Senior product role in the asset management sense, focused on designing, structuring, and bringing investment products to market.

The primary focus is product development and structuring, supported by execution strategy and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, structuring, and launch of investment products across global equities, fixed income, emerging markets, GCC markets, and private markets.
- Establish investment vehicles across multiple fund jurisdictions and manage them through their life cycle.
- Own execution strategy and project management across the product pipeline.
- Manage legal, counterparty, compliance, and regulatory workstreams associated with product launches.
- Support distribution and marketing on product positioning and go-to-market activity.
- Manage, mentor, and develop two junior product and marketing professionals.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience structuring investment products is essential.
- Candidates need sufficient seniority to exercise real autonomy over product structuring and development decisions.
- Candidates need breadth across multiple asset classes within asset management.
Ideal Experience
- Asset management experience in a market recognized for best practice and leading-edge product offerings is preferred.
- Exposure to private markets funds and assets alongside traditional asset classes is preferred.
- Experience across regulated fund domiciles, particularly Ireland and Luxembourg, is preferred.
- Wider jurisdictional exposure across Cayman, BVI, Luxembourg, KSA, DIFC, Malaysia, and onshore UAE is advantageous.
- A track record of setting up investment vehicles and managing them after launch is preferred.
- Working knowledge of legal, counterparty, and compliance requirements around fund and product launches is preferred.
- Distribution exposure and experience in a flat, fast-moving organization are advantageous.
Key Relationships
Internal relationships include the Head of Product, Head of Sales and Marketing, and senior leadership.
External relationships include clients, counterparties, regulators, legal counsel, and service providers.
