- Oversee the end to end development of new real estate and property related products, from concept and feasibility through launch and post launch optimization
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, define product requirements, and collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and finance teams to ensure commercial viability
- Prepare business cases, track key performance indicators, and refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends
- Support stakeholder presentations, coordinate project timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Strong Product Management and Research and Development (R&D) skills, with experience managing products through the full lifecycle
- Excellent Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and build data driven business cases
- Sales acumen and the ability to collaborate with commercial teams to position and refine offerings based on client needs
- Background in real estate, property development, or related infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage
- Proven ability to work cross functionally, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment with attention to detail, time management, and problem solving

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Product Development Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Product Development Manager will oversee the end to end development of new real estate and property related products, from concept and feasibility through launch and post launch optimization.
