Role Description
- The Business Excellence Manager will lead initiatives to improve business processes, enhance operational performance, and support continuous improvement across Dubai Developments’ projects and functions.
- This is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes, identify efficiency gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Support implementation of process excellence frameworks.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to define performance metrics and monitor results.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Process Improvement, Business Process design, and Process Excellence.
- Proficiency in Operational Excellence methodologies and frameworks, with experience in real estate or construction.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess performance data and provide data informed recommendations.
- Experience leading cross functional improvement projects, including stakeholder and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
