Responsibilities
- Design end to end digital banking journeys across mobile, web, tablet, and PWA channels
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
- Apply strong visual design principles including layout, typography, spacing, iconography, interaction design, and responsive behavior
- Design clear information architecture covering screen structures, navigation, content hierarchy, forms, and user flows
- Design conversational UX, AI assisted journeys, prompt led interfaces, and agentic user experiences
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and design validation
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, engineering teams, QA, and client stakeholders
- Work within design systems and contribute reusable patterns where required
- Ensure designs account for accessibility, responsiveness, performance, security, and implementation constraints
- Support engineering teams during build, review, testing, and release readiness
Requirements
- 5 8 years of product design experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or regulated digital product environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end UX/UI design for complex digital products
- Experience designing digital banking, fintech, payments, onboarding, servicing, or customer self service journeys
- Strong command of layout, typography, iconography, micro interactions, responsive design, and modern digital design patterns
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity designs, and design specifications
- Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, user research, and insight presentation
- Familiarity with conversational UX, AI assisted workflows, and prompt led interfaces
- Understanding of frontend technologies and constraints, especially web and mobile implementation
- Experience working with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in agile delivery environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions with clarity

Role Overview
- NeoStats is looking for Lead and Senior Product Designers for a banking client in the UAE.
- The role is onsite in Dubai and supports the design of modern digital banking experiences across web, mobile, tablet, and progressive web application channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end to end digital banking journeys across mobile, web, tablet, and PWA channels.

- Experience working with distributed consulting or client delivery teams.
