We are seeking a Product Designer (AI UX, Workflows, Insights) who can blend deep user empathy, design thinking, and strong UI/UX capabilities to craft intuitive experiences for AI agents, workflows, and enterprise insights.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to design the next generation of Copilot experiences, Agent Activity Viewers, Workflow Builders, and Insight Dashboards across XenonStack’s Agentic AI ecosystem.

Design intuitive AI Copilot UIs for enterprise users across functional domains (SRE, GRC, FinOps, SOC, etc.).

Create interaction models for agent reasoning , step-by-step traces, and task orchestration.

Build user-friendly workflow builders , enabling visual orchestration of agent tasks, triggers, and conditions.

Prototype end-to-end flows for automation, decision-making, and multi-agent interactions.

Design interfaces that show agent behaviors, activity logs, insights, and decision pathways .

Focus on transparency, explainability, and user trust.

Develop clean, insightful dashboard experiences that visualize: KPIs Anomalies Predictions System and agent-level insights

Collaborate with data engineering and AI teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of visualizations.

Craft intuitive onboarding, walkthroughs, and guided flows for new users.

Maintain visual consistency, design language, and UX patterns across all XenonStack products.

Build interactive prototypes using Figma and other design tools.

Work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Frontend Developers to translate designs into functional experiences.

Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly.

Design next-gen user experiences for enterprise AI platforms powered by ML, LLMs, and Agentic Systems.

Your designs will directly shape how global enterprises adopt AI agents in production.

Move into roles like Lead Product Designer, UX Architect, or AI Interaction Designer .
