Role Description
- The Product Category Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both on site and from home. Responsible for managing and optimizing product categories within the app, including defining category strategies, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
Day to day tasks
- Conducting market and competitor analysis
- Reviewing user data and business performance
- Recommending improvements to category structures and offerings
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Supporting onboarding of new business partners into relevant categories
- Ensuring a consistent, engaging experience for community users
Qualifications
- Strong category management expertise
- Proficiency in market analysis and analytical skills
- Background in product management
- Understanding of sales processes
- Experience with digital products, apps, or online platforms
