Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
- Effective communication skills to present findings to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in performance management including setting KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in delivering training or coaching related to performance, processes, or tools
- Budgeting skills including basic financial analysis and cost tracking
- Proficiency with performance reporting tools and basic data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment and manage part time hybrid work schedules

Role Description
- The Performance Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site collaboration and work from home flexibility.
- Responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for user engagement, business participation, and overall platform growth.
- Turn insights into actionable improvement plans.
Day to Day Activities
- Monitoring KPIs, preparing performance reports and dashboards.
- Partnering with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize campaigns and user journeys.

Qualifications
