- Support product managers and business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist in mapping business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery activities
- Help translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other artifacts
- Assist with testing activities including coordination and test script writing during user acceptance testing
- Explore opportunities to improve workflows through automation, digital solutions, and AI enabled capabilities
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across business, product, operations, and technology
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Interest in healthcare, digital transformation, product management, and innovation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with process mapping, business analysis, Agile, AI tools, Salesforce, healthcare technology, or design thinking is an asset

What You'll Do
- Support product managers and business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Assist in mapping business processes, identifying pain points, and recommending opportunities for improvement.
