Responsibilities
- Create long range plan and sales forecasting with internal customer teams, sales, and finance executives
- Prepare sales performance insights, customer analytics, forecast and budget analysis for senior leadership
- Analyze sales trends and provide risks and opportunities to the business
- Design, develop, and publish key performance indicators in Power BI, Think Cell, and Excel
- Collaborate with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, Corporate, SOX) to promote alignment and partnership
- Develop and deliver regular intelligence, updates, and dashboards for the Sales team
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks for knowledge sharing and best practices
- Influence and inspire change through delivery of insights in a simple and compelling manner
- Lead reporting/dashboard requirements (recurring or ad hoc) and opportunities for improvement
- Recommend creation and adoption of new tools for advanced analytics
Requirements
- University degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in financial planning, business intelligence, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or similar role
- Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word)
- Hands on experience with Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data analytics and database/systems management
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare industry or IQVIA data sets is an asset

Job Summary
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Planning, the Senior Analyst acts as a senior business partner to Sales and Finance, providing advanced analytics on business and customer performance, competitive landscape, industry trends, and financial planning.
- Supports retail and institutional markets of the wholesale business nationally, designing and executing sales reports and scorecards from various data sources.
Specific Responsibilities
- Creates the long range plan and forecasting of sales with internal customer teams, sales, and finance executives.
- Prepares sales performance insights, customer analytics, forecast and budget analysis to senior leadership.
- Analyzes sales trends and provides risks & opportunities to the business.
- Designs, develops, and publishes KPIs in Power BI, Think Cell, and Excel.
- Closely collaborates with Finance teams (FP&A, Accounting, Corporate, SOX).
- Develops and delivers regular intelligence, updates, and dashboards for the Sales team.
- Develops and maintains internal and external networks for knowledge sharing.
- Influences and inspires change through delivery of insights.
- Leads reporting/dashboard requirements (recurring or ad hoc) and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommends creation and adoption of new tools for advanced analytics.
- Identifies and reviews opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- University degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a business analyst in financial planning, business intelligence, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or similar role, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare industry and/or IQVIA data sets is an asset.
- Experience with data analytics and database/systems management.
- Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands on experience with Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of management.
Compensation
- Base pay range: CAD 94,400 CAD 157,300 per year.
- Additional compensation may include annual bonus or long term incentives.
